Eye-Catching Art Captures Community Attention

Mr. Rod Crosser's art students have created some beautiful works that decorate both the inside and outside of our school. The art has been so well-received that the district, the school, and Mr. Crosser, himself, have been contacted by the media to find out more about the art, its creators, and North Dallas High School. These artists have done a fine job of not only beautifying our school but also showing the community how talented the Bulldogs really are. Way to go!

Photography Students Successful at Prestigious Competition

Francesca Waller and Rufino DePaz competed in a prestigious photo competition against 3800 other photographers all over the region. Francesca won 2nd place portfolio, and Rufino won 3rd place photojournalism!  Ms. Waller also won a scholarship for photography.  North Dallas was one of only three public schools to place (the other 21 winners were private schools).  These kids did great!

Congratulations!

North Dallas' own Edel Trejo---Mayor for the Day

Edel Trejo, class of 2005, had the honor of serving along side Mayor Laura Miller for a day. Perhaps, he has a future in politics. Whatever the case may be, Edel has many auspicious opportunities in store for him!
